1. SPONSOR This giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Alpine Provisions, Inc. ("Sponsor"). For questions, contact the Sponsor via direct message at @Alpine.Provisions on Instagram.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY This Promotion is open exclusively to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

The following individuals are not eligible: employees, officers, directors, and agents of Alpine Provisions, Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members of any of the foregoing.

By entering, participants represent and warrant that they meet all eligibility requirements and that all information submitted is truthful and accurate.

 

3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

 

4. ENTRY PERIOD The Promotion begins when the official giveaway post goes live on @Alpine.Provisions and ends at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time) on the date stated in the official post (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device. Entries submitted outside the Entry Period are void.

 

5. HOW TO ENTER Standard entry (1 entry per comment):

• Follow both @Alpine.Provisions and @therustyskilletranch on Instagram.
• Like the official giveaway post.
• Tag 3 different friends in the comments of the official giveaway post. Each comment tagging 3 distinct individuals counts as one (1) entry. Participants may post multiple comments for additional entries; each tagged person must be a unique, real individual.

Bonus entries (optional):

• +1 Save the official giveaway post.
• +1 Share the official giveaway post to your Instagram Stories (story must be public and remain visible through the end of the Entry Period).
• +1 Be subscribed to the Alpine Provisions Newsletter. Participants who are subscribed to the official Alpine Provisions email newsletter at the time of entry will receive one (1) additional bonus entry. Subscription must be active and verified. There is no limit to the total number of entries per person. However, entries generated through bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated means are void. Accounts created solely to enter this Promotion will be disqualified. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries.

 

6. PRIZE

• 4-night stay at The Rusty Skillet for up to 8 guests. Subject to availability; winner must book within 2 months of the winner announcement. The stay must take place in 2027.
• One-year supply of Alpine Provisions. Specific products determined at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): USD $5,000

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Only one prize per household. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Travel expenses, gratuities, incidentals, and all other costs not expressly included are the sole responsibility of the winner.

 

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or around seven (7) days after the close of the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted via Instagram DM from @Alpine.Provisions. If the potential winner: (a) cannot be contacted within 48 hours, (b) fails to respond within 48 hours of notification, (c) is found to be ineligible, or (d) declines the prize — then the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

The winner will be required to: (i) confirm eligibility; (ii) provide a valid mailing address for prize delivery; and (iii) execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted by law) a Publicity Release within 5 business days of notification. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of the prize.

 

8. TAX OBLIGATIONS The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. If the ARV of the prize equals or exceeds $600, the winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC and must provide a valid Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number before the prize is awarded. Failure to provide this information will result in forfeiture of the prize.

 

9. PRIVACY & DATA USE By entering, participants acknowledge that Alpine Provisions, Inc. will collect their Instagram username and any information voluntarily provided during the Promotion. This information will be used solely for administration of this Promotion and will not be sold to third parties.

10. PUBLICITY RELEASE Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Alpine Provisions, Inc.'s use of their name, Instagram handle, likeness, photograph, and general location for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.

 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Alpine Provisions, Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost, or expense, including personal injury, death, or property damage, arising out of or in connection with: (a) participation in the Promotion; (b) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; or (c) any technical failures or errors.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: incorrect or inaccurate entry information; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention; errors in the administration or fulfillment of the Promotion; or injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of the prize.

 

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Instagram / Meta disclaimer: This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram. By entering, participants fully release Meta and Instagram from any liability related to this Promotion.
• State restrictions: This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Residents of certain states (including Florida, New York, and Rhode Island) may be subject to additional requirements under local sweepstakes laws.
• Force majeure: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control corrupts or impairs the administration or integrity of the Promotion.
• Governing law: This Promotion is governed by the laws of the state in which Alpine Provisions, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.
• Finality: All Sponsor decisions regarding this Promotion are final and binding in all respects.
